Introduction
S31603 stainless steel trade name is Grade 316L, the low carbon version of 316,316L add 2% to 3% molybdenum increase material resistance to pitting corrosion and improves its creep resistance at elevated temperatures.This alloy is one of the most widely used stainless steels showing up in just about every industry and is often used in seawater applications due to the pitting resistance.

Advantages
